| DICIPLINE PLAN |
Three basic components:
Right Choice Program
Ticket store
Top Dawg Self-manager Club
Right Choice
Students will learn and practice the components of the Right Choice Program. Martha Herald will teach the lessons during activity time. Teachers will review the program and spend time reviewing it with students. The consequences for code will be followed by all staff members.
Ticket Store
All students will have the opportunity to earn tickets and visit the ticket store. The purpose is to encourage students to make the Right Choices and reap the rewards. Tickets are not taken away once they are earned.
Top Dawg Club
The Top Dawg Club will be available to all students at R.J. Richey. At the end of the 3rd week of the six weeks teachers will make applications available for students. Students must not have received more than 5 codes for the 3 weeks and must get 3 staff members, one being a classroom teacher, to sign the application. These will be turned in to Mrs. Doescher before the awards ceremony for the six weeks. These students will be given reward time on Fridays, have special jobs, special assemblies, and privileges. If a student earns 6 codes the next six weeks or is involved in a severe infraction, the badge will be taken away by the principal and the student will have to reapply for the Top Dawg club the next six weeks.
